This dietary system reduces mortality not only from cardiovascular diseases, but also from cancer and diabetes.

The nutritionist also spoke about the MIND diet, developed to preserve the youthfulness of the brain.

This is a combination of the DASH diet and the Mediterranean diet. The main foods are vegetables, leafy greens, berries, nuts, olive oil, whole grains, legumes, seafood, poultry.
