The Japanese diet lasts exactly 13 days. Its authors promise that during this period of time you will lose 8 kilograms.

The diet menu is described in great detail for all 13 days.

Breakfast almost always consists of coffee, sometimes a rusk can be added to the drink.

Lunches and dinners are quite varied. Those losing weight can eat meat, fish (boiled or fried), vegetables (raw or boiled and seasoned with oil), eggs.

Of the drinks, you are allowed to drink kefir, tomato juice and, of course, water – in unlimited quantities.

Other “side effects” include constant hunger, dry skin, hair loss, and problems with the digestive system.
