Many of us strive to lead a healthy lifestyle and monitor our diet.
To this end, we monitor the calories we consume, create a diet that takes into account proteins, fats and carbohydrates, and monitor the amount of vitamins and minerals we consume.
But sometimes even products that seem healthy at first glance can turn out to be real enemies of a slim figure.
Yogurt
Sweet yogurt contains about 3 spoons of sugar in one cup. Natural yogurt, by the way, also contains sugar, the amount of which only increases with the addition of pieces of fruit and berries.
Avocado
No one disputes the usefulness of this fruit - it really does contain a large amount of antioxidants, vitamins and healthy fats. But at the same time, avocados are high in calories, so you should be careful when including them in your diet.
Smoothie
If you make a smoothie from fruit, syrup, sugar, ice cream and yogurt, you will get a real sugar bomb. Therefore, when losing weight, you are allowed to drink only those smoothies that were made from celery, cucumber and ice.
Coffee
If you only drink pure black coffee, without adding sugar or milk, you can only congratulate yourself. But on average, a cup of coffee contains almost 400 calories - and all because of added syrups, sugar, cream and other toppings.
Dried fruits
Don't compare fruits with dried fruits - the latter are eaten like seeds, and due to the high calorie content, you won't notice how you've eaten your daily norm.
Tofu
Don't be fooled by the record low calorie content of this product. Although there are only about 60 calories per 100 g, tofu has one very unpleasant property: it absorbs all the fat from the food you eat and is slowly processed so that everything is properly digested and distributed over your hips, stomach and sides.
Wine
One glass can contain more than 100 calories. If you drink a bottle of wine with a friend, each will get about 250 kcal. And if you add dessert, cheese or fruit, the result will be even worse, although it seems like you haven’t eaten anything.
