1. Stop drinking drinks with added sugar – you won’t get a feeling of satiety from them anyway, but your body will get an excess of calories. This category includes soda, juices, compotes, fruit drinks, kvass, fresh juices, etc.

2. Switch to dietary soups made from vegetables and lean meat. They are able to give you satiety without an excess of calories, and they also contain many vitamins and minerals.

3. Start each meal with vegetables - this will fill your stomach faster and you will lose the desire to eat something unhealthy.
