1. If you want to lose weight without denying yourself anything, try eating in the right order first.

First of all, you need to send vegetables, that is, fiber, into the stomach, then proteins with fats, and only at the end - starches and sugars.

As a result, the spike in blood glucose will not be as strong as usual, and you will feel full for much longer than usual.

2. To stabilize glucose levels, the specialist advises drinking a cocktail of a tablespoon of vinegar mixed in a full glass of water half an hour before eating.

Important: the drink has contraindications, so the first thing you need to do is consult a doctor.

3. Every time you eat any carbohydrate product, be it potatoes, porridge or pasta, add protein, fat or fiber to it to slow down the breakdown of starches and sugars.

4. After eating, you can’t sit still – help your body balance sugar levels and go for a short walk.

Even washing dishes or any other household chores can be used as light physical exercise.
