Who among us wouldn't want to look decent at a New Year's party? Probably, those who would answer this question negatively simply do not exist.
So today we're going to share a few ideas that will help you get in shape - without any diets.
Clean up your diet
Stop consuming industrial sweets, flour products, sweet soda and fast food at least for a while. A piece of dark chocolate or homemade candied fruit - a couple of pieces - will help to satisfy your craving for sweets.
Do some sports
Don't force yourself - choose the activity that you like as a load. Let it be minimal at first - later you will be able to increase the load to acceptable limits.
Drink water
To reduce the feeling of hunger and, accordingly, eat less at the table, try drinking a glass of water half an hour before eating. This should be non-carbonated drinking water.
Reduce the portion
Replace your regular plate with a smaller saucer - this will allow you to reduce your portion size and, accordingly, reduce the number of calories consumed.
Use the "plate rule"
When you fill your plate, make sure that half of it is filled with vegetables, greens or other fruits (preferably raw). Set aside a quarter of the plate for meat, poultry or fish, and another quarter for a side dish (this could be rice, buckwheat, pasta, potatoes, etc.).
For reference
Weight loss is a reduction in the body mass of a living human organism.
