Among its other advantages are the ease of preparation of dishes, affordable cost of products and the absence of painful hunger strikes.
Due to the fact that porridges are slow (complex) carbohydrates, they provide a quick feeling of satiety, saturate the body with fiber, vitamins and minerals.
How much can you lose on porridge?

Menu for 7 days
During the week, you should eat only one type of porridge every day. You have 8 cereals at your disposal. You can alternate them, trying not to repeat yourself.
