According to the Zen channel “Give Dinner to a Friend,” the diet excludes fried foods, sweets, canned goods, alcohol, and high-carbohydrate foods (pasta, white rice, semolina, millet, white bread).
Sweet vegetables (beets, carrots, corn) and sweet fruits (figs, grapes, watermelon, melon, bananas, pears, dates) are also prohibited.
You can eat it boiled, baked, stewed, or steamed.
Omelettes, vegetable salads, dairy products, and lean fish occupy an important place. The daily bread norm is 150 grams.
From meat you can have beef, chicken and turkey, from cereals – buckwheat, brown rice, oatmeal.
