Day three

It follows the plan of the first day of the diet, that is, with an emphasis on drinking liquids.

Day four

Fresh fruits are included in the diet, any kind. The only exception is bananas, and only because they are recommended to be eaten in the first half of the day.

Day five

You can include egg whites, cottage cheese and kefir (low-fat), fish or chicken breast in the menu.

Day Six

We drink water and other drinks again, as on the first and third days.

Day 7 of the diet

Provides a smooth end to a week of fasting. This is 2 chicken eggs for breakfast plus fruit.

For lunch you can have vegetable soup with rice or buckwheat, and for dinner a vegetable salad without mayonnaise. During the day you can snack on fruit.
