What products are needed for the dough?
- flour - 600 g;
- warm water - 200 ml;
- hot water - 200 ml;
- dry yeast - 10 g;
- sugar - 2 tbsp;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
How to make quick yeast dough
First, you need to pour warm water into a bowl and dissolve the yeast in it.
After five minutes, you can add sugar, salt, butter and three tablespoons of flour.
After this, the mixture needs to be stirred, add a glass of hot water to it and stir again.
As soon as the mixture has cooled down a little, gradually add the remaining sifted flour.
The finished dough must be left for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
After this, you can move on to the next part of baking. For example, you can form pies that can be fried or baked.
