As Dzhutova explained, in order not to gain weight when doing sedentary work, you need to eat in moderation.
The nutritionist recommended eating 3-5 times a day at intervals of 3-6 hours.
The expert continued that you need to have dinner 2-4 hours before going to bed.
If you had an early dinner, you should eat 100 grams of boiled chicken breast two hours before bed. Or you can drink herbal tea an hour before bed.
Also, quality sleep will help you stay slim. Lack of sleep, the nutritionist reminded, leads to overeating.
To avoid this, you need to sleep at least seven hours a day.
In addition to proper nutrition, it is important to monitor the amount of liquid consumed, noted Dzhutova.
According to her, for the digestive system to function normally, you need to drink about 2 liters of clean water per day.
