How cholesterol plaques are formed
Their formation is influenced by a person’s lifestyle, gender, age and heredity.
But most often it is smoking, physical inactivity and poor nutrition.
Cholesterol Diet
1. The diet should include at least five servings of fruits and vegetables. Three of them should be vegetables, and the rest should be fruits.
At the same time, fruits and vegetables should have a bright and rich skin color. They contain more bioflavonoids.
This could be red grapes (contains resveratrol), red onions (quercetin), blueberries, etc.
2. You also need to add foods with a high content of omega-3 – fatty fish (herring, mackerel, etc.).
3. Don't forget to add flaxseed and olive oil to your diet.
