If there are problems, then it is necessary to consider that it is not only about late meals, but also about substances that are in food and drinks. For example, in caffeine, fast carbohydrates and harmful fats that overload the digestive system, activate the brain.
But what to eat to sleep well?
Gorina noted that the diet should be balanced and varied. The last meal should be taken 4 hours before bedtime. After 4 p.m., it is better to stop drinking caffeinated drinks.
In addition, there are products that promote sound sleep. For example, milk, turkey and bananas. They calm and improve sleep.
You should also pay attention to kiwi and cherries.
A few hours before going to bed, you can eat some nuts, such as cashews, almonds or pine nuts.
As for drinks, herbal tea can improve sleep.
