Star option
The so-called star version of the Hollywood diet involves eating only exotic fruits and oysters for 2 weeks.
Earthly option
The diet is also designed for 14 days, but unlike the star version, it consists of affordable products.
These are steamed fish and meat, eggs, vegetables and fruits, which are low in carbohydrates.
Please note: anyone on the Hollywood diet is prohibited from consuming alcohol, sugar, and salt. In addition, they should drink up to 1.5 liters of water daily.
Sample menu
For breakfast you are allowed to drink a cup of green tea or coffee and eat 2 small oranges or other citrus fruits.
Lunch consists of one boiled egg, one tomato, 40 g of almonds and a cup of tea.
For dinner you can have a steamed chicken cutlet, grapefruit, a salad of greens and cucumbers and a cup of tea.
