As Fariseeva explained, you can’t go on a strict diet after the holidays for two reasons.
Firstly, the body will experience stress, and this is fraught with even more overeating.
Also, such a sharp change in diet can lead to gastrointestinal disorders, the expert explained.
According to her, it is enough to minimize the consumption of industrially processed products.
These include sweets, baked goods, sausages, dairy products, sauces.
In addition, you should avoid alcohol and drink warm water, herbal teas and berry fruit drinks.
The diet must include protein, both animal and vegetable, Fariseeva emphasized.
For example, you can include eggs, fish, seafood, poultry, beans, lentils, and tofu in your diet.
Nuts and seeds should be excluded, the nutritionist added.
