As Dzhutova explained, stress and emotional disorders (anxiety, panic attacks, depression) are one of the main reasons for weight gain.

Therefore, those who want to lose weight should consider contacting a psychotherapist.

Psychotherapy will help you understand the cause of the problem, correct your behavior, and learn to keep your appetite under control.

Psychotherapy alone, of course, is not enough; a comprehensive approach is required, including the work of a gastroenterologist, endocrinologist, nutritionist, and trainer.

Regular physical activity, according to the doctor, will improve breathing, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and speed up fat burning.

Dzhutova recommended choosing moderate aerobic exercise.

When selecting them, the nutritionist added, age, gender, weight, and concomitant diseases should be taken into account.
