Nutritionists have told us which foods will help reduce the number of visits to the clinic and even protect against cancer.

What can you eat?

1. The number one foods in a healthy diet should be greens, legumes, cruciferous vegetables, mushrooms and berries.

They are rich in fiber, vitamins and nutrients, which reduce the risk of inflammation and help cleanse the body of carcinogens.

2. Eat nuts, seeds, fatty fish, include vegetable oil in your diet (up to 2 tablespoons per day).

3. Even unsalted frozen lard can be beneficial for the body, but not smoked or fried.

4. It is recommended to follow the Mediterranean diet.

5. For the prevention of oncology, it is recommended to eat more boiled, stewed or baked foods.

What you shouldn't eat

1. It is necessary to limit the consumption of red meat and highly processed foods (sausages, hot dogs, bacon). They cause the development of stomach and intestinal cancer.

2. It is important to minimize alcohol consumption, which leads to the development of cancer of the oral cavity, larynx, esophagus, liver and breast.

3. Eliminate trans fats, saturated fats and food additives. In large quantities, they are harmful and can also cause cancer.
