The daily diet should contain about 500 grams of fiber, which is found in whole grain cereals and bread, greens, vegetables, fruits and berries. Vegetables, berries and fruits are also antioxidants that reduce the level of inflammation in the body and strengthen its defenses, the specialist said.
The diet should also include fermented milk products - kefir, ryazhenka, acidophilus. Products that are sources of vitamin C, as well as protein (of plant and animal origin) are a must.
It is also important to eat lard. And a small piece is enough.
It contains arachidonic acid, which is useful in strengthening the immune system.
You should also pay attention to fatty fish, beef liver and bananas.
