In an interview with NEWS.ru , endocrinologist Maria Kaloshina told how people over 40 should eat.

First advice

It is necessary to eat poultry (chicken, turkey) or rabbit, as well as fish and lean beef 2-3 times a week.

Second advice

Of the fermented milk products, the following are mandatory: "kefir, ryazhenka, cottage cheese, cheese". They contain the necessary amount of calcium.

Third piece of advice
