The threat comes from carbohydrates with triglycerides, or, to put it simply, processed foods (sugar, flour, sausage and semi-finished products, processed cheese, and others).
Such food does indeed increase cholesterol, the specialist noted, while also telling what foods should be included in a healthy diet.

The nutritionist placed tomatoes in second place.
Currant
The third product that helps protect blood vessels from blood clots is black currant.
In addition to the products mentioned, the expert drew attention to greens and legumes.
