The difference between these types of oils was discussed by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

1. One tablespoon of sunflower and olive oil contains approximately the same amount of fat. The difference is that olive oil contains more polyunsaturated fatty acids.

2. Sunflower oil is a better source of vitamin E than olive oil. Sunflower oil also contains vitamin K.

However, olive oil is richer in microelements: it contains potassium, calcium and iron.
