Vegans
Vegans can only have plant products on their table. You will never see meat, fish, poultry, eggs, honey or dairy products here.
Lacto-vegetarians
Such vegetarians refuse to eat meat, fish, poultry and eggs, but they eat plant-based and dairy products with gusto.
Lacto-ovo vegetarians
If you ever want to join this group, be prepared to eat plant foods, eggs, and dairy. But don't even dream about meat, fish, or poultry.
Semi-vegetarians
The basis of the diet of adherents of this group is plant products, but they do not completely refuse to eat meat, fish, poultry, eggs and milk, although they eat them in small quantities.
Raw foodists
The basis of this nutritional system is thermally unprocessed foods, mainly vegetables and fruits.
However, if eggs, beef, fish and beans are raw, then they can also be included in the diet.
