TV doctor Elena Malysheva, during the program “Live Healthy!”, named one of the most common mistakes of those who want to lose weight.
As the specialist explained, it lies in the fact that when losing weight, many people give preference to low-fat products.
The doctor added that such food contains almost no vitamins, but is full of carbohydrates, which slow down the process of losing weight.
Malysheva noted that low-fat products are tasteless, so many manufacturers add glucose to improve the taste of such food.
“For this reason, as the doctor noted, people do not lose weight by eating low-fat products,” the TV presenter said during a show on Channel One.

He cited research and added that normal, high-fat milk, cheese or sour cream only improve the body's condition.
