Skipping meals

You should never skip a meal. It often happens that, carried away by work or business, we simply forget to eat. Usually we think: "Now I'll work a little more and eat, as soon as I finish I'll eat", and so the whole day passes, and our body remains without food.

When we finally return home, our body experiences a strong feeling of hunger, so in the evening we eat much more than at other meals, which has a negative impact on the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

Instead, try eating small, frequent meals. Berries, fruits, nuts, grains, protein shakes, and cottage cheese are recommended as snacks.

Do not eat after 6:00 pm

If you are not going to eat after the clock strikes six o'clock in the evening, and you still have about 5 hours before bed + 8 hours in bed, then by simple calculations it turns out that your body will not receive nutrition for about 12-13 hours.

Do you think this is good? Probably not, because during the next meal, when the body already knows that it is facing another long fast, it begins to store all the calories received "in reserve".

To avoid this, you need to have a snack two to three hours before bed. Fish, eggs, cottage cheese and vegetables are suitable for a snack.
