Still, for some people this product serves as a traditional addition to meals. But it is important to remember that not everyone can eat bread.

If a person is healthy, he can eat up to two or three pieces a day.

This statement was made by nutritionist Marina Apletaeva, reports Moscow 24 .

If you have health problems, such as diabetes or excess weight, it is better to refuse such an additive, and especially white bread made from refined flour, since it contains a lot of fast carbohydrates.

If you have gastrointestinal diseases, it is better not to eat rye bread.

There are almost no contraindications for grain bread, which can be included in the diet even if you are sick.

The thing is that such a product contains soluble dietary fiber, which stimulates the gastrointestinal tract. But it is still important not to overdo it with bread and limit yourself to three pieces.
