At first glance, it seems that the desire to have a thin waist is incompatible with eating desserts. It turns out that this is not entirely true.

Nutritionist Katerina Kuzina does not recommend following strict diets that exclude sweets.

The specialist noted that this can only lead to severe stress, Vechernyaya Moskva reports.

She advised allocating up to 300 calories a day in the diet for sweets.

They should be eaten in moderation.

It is advisable to choose healthier alternatives such as fruits, dried fruits, dark chocolate or yoghurts.

These products help satisfy your sugar cravings.

In addition, Kuzina advised making desserts at home to be able to replace sugar with alternative products.

The specialist noted that you can try to give up eating sweets for a short period of time to reduce cravings for such products.

Kuzina added that if you don’t want to seriously limit yourself in your diet, you need to include physical activity in your schedule to prevent your body from accumulating excess fat.
