But gastroenterologist Vladimir Neronov noted in a conversation with representatives of the press that it is not worth completely removing your favorite treats from your diet.
Sometimes they are allowed, but in very limited quantities.
As noted by physician Neronov, a tasty candy in a beautiful wrapper once or twice a week will give a pleasant aftertaste and lift your mood.
“Eating one to two candies a day, two to three times a week, is safe and tasty,” RIA Novosti quotes the doctor as saying.
The specialist also added that the norm should not be exceeded, and one candy is enough for a rare snack or dessert.
However, you should not eat sweets before the main meal, so as not to spoil your appetite.
