This statement was made by Dr. Mikhail Ginzburg in a conversation with representatives of the publication “ Moscow 24 ”.

The doctor emphasized that many men and women who are at this age make their diet more meager. For example, they forget to eat cottage cheese, fish or fruit.

As a result, few nutrients enter the body.

This reduces life expectancy and increases the likelihood of developing diseases.

As the doctor explained, proper nutrition is necessary to maintain health in old age.

The diet should be balanced.

You need to drink two glasses of fermented milk product per day, eat two different fruits. It is advisable to eat fish three times a week.

Ginzburg also added that it is advisable to undergo an examination and then, together with a specialist, plan your diet in order to get the maximum benefit from food.
