According to the doctor, weight loss occurs due to a reduction in calorie intake.

Therefore, you can have dinner three hours before bed.

For example, if a person goes to bed at around 10 pm, then his last meal may be around 7 pm.

If the person losing weight is used to going to bed late, then the optimal time for the last meal of the day is 4-5 hours before bedtime.

Dinner should be light. You can combine protein products and vegetables.

As Gusakova noted, it is better to avoid some foods in the evening, as they cause discomfort and lead to increased gas formation. Therefore, it is advisable to exclude heavy foods, as well as fatty or fried foods.
