Nutritionist Svetlana Gaag spoke in more detail about what exactly is harmful to the waist in an interview with Channel Five .
First of all, the specialist recommended eliminating low-fat dairy products. These products usually contain a lot of sugar.
Muesli and other dry breakfasts will also be harmful. It is better to replace them with vegetables, nuts and fruits.
But as for the last point, it is important not to overdo it.
It is important to remember that ripe bananas, grapes, persimmons, and figs have an exorbitant amount of sugar, which means that even from them it is easy to gain weight. Therefore, you should choose fruits with less fructose, for example, green apples.
In addition, you should give up crackers, store-bought or homemade juices, and sauces.
If we talk about drinks, then you can pay attention to herbal teas, natural fruit drinks and compotes made from sugar. It is better to refuse coffee, especially if this drink contains syrup, cream, as it has too many calories.
