- The carrots are fresh.

- Green peas.
- White cabbage.
- Zucchini and other fresh vegetables.
You should be careful with fruits and berries during the period of weight loss, as they contain a lot of sugar, and these are fast carbohydrates and extra calories. The acceptable norm is up to 150-200 grams of fruits or berries per day.
