Fast food, which everyone is used to buying in establishments, can be replaced with a homemade analogue.
Although porridge in bags is convenient to prepare, it contains a lot of harmful substances and calories. It is much better to wake up in the morning 5 minutes earlier to prepare high-quality and tasty porridge for breakfast.
It is advisable to replace all semi-finished products with baked meat or fish. Chopped homemade cutlets are also suitable as an alternative.
