The classic recipe for syrniki has undergone more than one round of improvements, and housewives still return to it.
But there is one ingredient that will change your perception of even the classic recipe. And you can do without semolina and other tricks.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to improve the classic recipe for syrniki.
You will need:
- cottage cheese 400 g;
- sour cream 1 tbsp;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- sugar to taste;
- flour 2 tbsp;
- a pinch of salt,
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Granular cottage cheese should be rubbed through a metal sieve or passed through a meat grinder.
2. Then add sour cream, eggs, sugar and mix.
3. Depending on the consistency of the finished mixture and the quality of the flour, add flour. You may need from one to two or three spoons. It is important that the mass is not too steep, but not too liquid either.
4. Form the cheesecakes, use flour for breading and fry in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Enjoy!
