As the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, explained, the marinade is prepared quickly and easily from available ingredients, and the result will exceed your expectations.
Here are the ingredients for a fish weighing 500-700 g:
- 1 egg;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1.5 teaspoons soy sauce;
- 3 teaspoons starch;
- 1 teaspoon mustard;
- 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice;
- 1 pinch of paprika;
- 1 pinch of ginger;
- 1 pinch of oregano;
- black pepper to taste.
For those who like saltier food, you can add a little more salt - just follow your taste buds.
Cut the fish into pieces 0.5 to 1 cm thick.
After this, you can prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients until smooth. Marinate the fish in this sauce for 20-30 minutes or an hour.
That's it, actually: now you can cook the fish in any convenient way: in the oven, on the grill or in a frying pan. If you fry in a frying pan, you can additionally roll the fish in breadcrumbs or semolina.
