In most cases, when we cook round rice, it turns out sticky and more like porridge.

It is clear that such a result will not satisfy any housewife, because each would like the dish she prepares to at least remotely resemble what is served in restaurants.

Yulia Arkhipova , an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, shared a culinary life hack that will help you achieve your goal and make rice more crumbly.

To get more fluffy rice, you can try frying it in a frying pan first.

Add butter and vegetable oil and lightly brown the rice.

Once the rice is no longer translucent, add water to cover it completely, by two to three centimeters.

Simmer for a quarter of an hour.

With this treatment, each grain is covered with a film of oil and does not stick together with other grains during the cooking process.

As a result, the dish you prepare will be more crumbly and appetizing.

Previously, we talked about how to boil eggs so that they last longer.
