What ingredients are needed?

  • cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • flour - 250 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 60 g;
  • milk - 1 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
  • baking powder - 10 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g;
  • salt - 1 pinch.

The process of making buns

First, you need to mix the cottage cheese with sugar, butter, and salt.

Then you should add two eggs to the mixture.

It is better to beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.

Then you need to mix in the sifted flour with baking powder.

Then the dough must be divided into 12 parts, formed into balls and placed on a baking sheet.

The blanks must be greased with a mixture of milk and yolk, and then sprinkled with sugar.

The buns need to be baked for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
