How to make dumplings with semolina and hard cheese: a culinary trick - the dish will be fluffy and tasty

Another plus is that you can experiment with ingredients to make the treat more fluffy, tender and delicious.

Yulia Arkhipova, an expert in the field of cooking for the online publication Belnovosti, told us how to make dumplings with cheese and semolina.

Ingredients

  • milk - 500 ml;
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp;
  • semolina - 2 tbsp;
  • butter - 1 tbsp;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • cheese - 50 g.

How to cook dumplings

Then you can add semolina to the pan.

The porridge should be cooked for about 5 minutes. Afterwards, the dish should be allowed to cool down a little.

Add eggs and grated cheese to the finished porridge. It wouldn't hurt to add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor of the ingredients.

Once the cheese has completely melted and the mass is uniform, you can start forming the dumplings. They should be boiled in cold water.

As soon as they start to float to the surface, this is a sign that the dish is ready.

Serve hot.

You can complement the dumplings with additional ingredients. The treat goes best with sour cream and butter.
