You will need:
- cottage cheese (from 5% fat) - 250 g;
- salt - 20 g;
- sugar - 20 g;
- semolina - 2/3 tbsp;
- vanillin.
How to cook
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with salt, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. When ready, add semolina and, after mixing, cover the dough with cling film. The longer you wait, the better the mass will be.
Recipes recommend from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
3. Then all that remains is to form the cheesecakes, and you can fry them in vegetable oil or bake them in the oven.
