Only personal work with a trainer and strengthening the muscle corset will give a sustainable improvement.
Myth #4: I have to incorporate fitness into my life.
In fact, it's the other way around. Fitness should be part of your life, not its center. There's no need to radically change your daily routine or look for ideal conditions. Light exercise, warm-up, walk or short workout at home - all of this is already fitness. The main thing is to start, not look for an excuse to put it off.

Myth #5: I have to wait for the perfect moment.
