As Oraeva explained, first of all it is necessary to provide the body with vitamin C.
Sauerkraut, red bell peppers, broccoli, and baked potatoes are rich in it.
Tomatoes, carrots, peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and spinach will help replenish the deficiency of vitamin A.
The doctor also advised eating foods that cleanse the body.
This can be done by fiber – plant dietary fiber, noted Oraeva.
According to her, fresh herbs should be added to all dishes – onions, dill, parsley.
Beets also have a good cleansing effect, the expert added.
