Benefits of yeast
Two teaspoons of yeast contain vitamins B2, B6 and B12.
And also 3 grams of protein, amino acids, as well as sodium, iron and zinc, calcium, selenium and manganese.
Yeast normalizes bowel function, strengthens the immune system, and normalizes blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
However, the beneficial properties of the product are preserved only at temperatures no higher than 30 degrees Celsius.
Contraindications
Yeast can cause allergies (expressed in burning of the tongue, redness of the mucous membranes, nausea and diarrhea, skin rash and abdominal pain).
