But if you eat whatever you want early in the morning, your health won't improve either.

Experts have named four of the worst breakfasts that are bad for your health, even though they seem very healthy.

First of all, nothing but coffee

Not a good option, even if the goal is to lose weight. Coffee simply increases the level of the hormone cortisol, and also leads to inflammation of the gastric mucosa and stimulates the production of gastric juice.

Secondly, healthy fruit salads

This is how simple carbohydrates enter the body, the blood sugar level increases, and if the fruits are sour, they irritate the stomach lining.

Thirdly, instant porridges

In order for the same oatmeal to cook in a couple of minutes, it undergoes a processing process, after which nothing useful remains in it. Mainly, there is no protein, which is necessary in the morning.

Fourthly, juices

Freshly squeezed juices, and especially store-bought ones, cause insulin resistance, disrupt carbohydrate metabolism, and they also lack fiber.

The only thing worse than all these examples, experts say, is the complete lack of breakfast.
