There is much controversy surrounding the preparation of food. Raw foodists insist that cooks destroy vitamins and nutrients.
Their opponents say that thermally processed food is better absorbed. And this is a fact - the most stubborn thing in the world.
But what about cooked foods? Does food become more harmful after it cools down, and can you eat something cold that should be hot?
It turns out that experts have answers to these questions too.
It is healthier to eat it hot
Indeed, some foods simply must be consumed hot.
Firstly, it is food with a high protein content (eggs, meat, fish).
Hot protein foods are better digested, while cold foods are not fully absorbed and can cause digestive problems.
Secondly, these are food products cooked in vegetable oil.
The thing is that fats are not broken down in fried and cooled foods. Again, there is a high probability of discomfort, and there is also a load on the liver.
Thirdly, it is red meat, and all because when cold it is difficult to digest food.
Fourthly, soups. When cold, they are difficult to digest and hard to assimilate.
Eat cold
But there are exceptions, such as boiled pork, stewed cabbage, liver cake and breaded fish. All of this can be eaten cold or hot.
Earlier we talked about which cereals are considered the best for the liver .
