This complex dish is loved by many. Often such a treat is prepared for holidays.
But you shouldn't get carried away with jellied meat.
A healthy person can occasionally eat no more than 100 grams of this product.
The thing is that aspic contains a lot of saturated fats and table salt, which increase the risk of developing heart problems, diabetes, weight problems, and gastrointestinal problems.
Nutritionist Antonina Starodubova told Moscow 24 about this.
She reminded that the dish is prepared on the basis of a rich broth, which should not be consumed if you have problems with the kidneys, heart and blood vessels, as well as gout and other diseases.
Starodubova noted that it is better to choose less fatty jellied meat, in which the nutrients are better preserved.
In addition, the specialist noted that the dish can be made less harmful if you use dietary meats and fish for cooking, and add vegetables and herbs.
