She explained that the body has to spend too much energy to process such food.
Another disadvantage of such food is that it has low nutritional value.
Such food is acceptable as an exception. You should not eat fast food more than twice a month if you do not have health problems.
The nutritionist also recommended avoiding foods that are prepared with the addition of premium flour, as well as those with a high sugar content.
Such food does provide energy, but not for more than half an hour. Then the feeling of hunger returns again.
In addition, you need to give up alcohol, which also takes away energy and has a negative effect on the liver.
It should be taken into account that even a minimal amount of alcohol has a negative impact on the body.
