Aldonina stresses the importance of eating 3-4 servings of legumes a week, which are a source of soluble fiber that helps get rid of excess cholesterol.

Dairy is essential in the diet.

As for drinks, you should avoid sugar, soda and alcohol. It is better to choose pure water, but black tea is acceptable.

As an exception, you can drink a little red wine, which contains a lot of flavonoids and other elements that have a positive effect on vascular tissue.
