She posted a detailed answer on her Telegram channel.
As the specialist noted, the best dish for breakfast is coarse oatmeal, which should be poured with boiling water half an hour before eating.
The specialist also noted that some people prefer “instant” porridge.
She called such dishes the worst option for breakfast.
There is no benefit from such food. The fact is that these cereals contain a lot of sugar, which leads to weight gain.
