Daily physical activity is important for good health.
But you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to achieve good results and maintain your health.
As noted by experts from the University of Cambridge, they studied questionnaires from several tens of millions of people to understand how much time should be devoted to exercise.
It's all very simple.
A person needs to devote 11 minutes of moderate physical activity per day, for example, dancing, cycling, or brisk walking.
Even a short daily walk can reduce the risk of strokes, heart and vascular diseases, cancer and other health problems.
At the same time, scientists noted that if the time of active exercise is doubled, the effect will be stronger.
