In addition, vitamin C is important. The fact is that it is a powerful antioxidant. At the same time, such an element is easy to obtain from food products, for example, you can include citrus fruits or broccoli in your diet.
If your lips are cracked and dry, vitamins A and E will not be superfluous.
B vitamins are also very important. They boost immunity and have a positive effect on the nervous system.
Pisareva also emphasized that it is important to replenish the deficiency of magnesium, iron and zinc.
