American scientists have proven that just 46 minutes of extra sleep will improve your well-being.

This is exactly how many minutes you need to extend your night's sleep to feel the changes within one week.

Researchers at Baylor University have shown that 46 minutes of extra sleep per night improves well-being, while a half-hour lack of sleep depresses the psyche.

The results of the work were published in the Journal of Positive Psychology.
